Photoshop Pattern Effects on image

1) Open your image.

2) Add a new layer and fill with any color.(Its better to fill with color similar to image.)

3)Select filter> Sketch>Halftone pattern. Set size to 1,contrast to 0 and select patters as dot.

4) Then change the layer mode to soft light.
